Midtown Houston hosts ‘Coffee with a Cop’ to cultivate relationships between officers and residents

Who: Midtown Houston, Houston Police Department, Houston Metro Transit Authority Police Department, Harris County Constable Precinct 7 and S.E.A.L. Security Solutions, LLC & Training Academy will take time to meet to engage in real conversations about issues that matter.

What: Coffee with a Cop brings police officers and the community members they serve together over coffee to learn more about each other.

When: Friday, April 14th from 12pm – 1pm

Where: Bagby Park located at 415 Gray St, Houston, Texas 77002

Why: The mission of Coffee with a Cop is to break down the barriers between police officers and the citizens they serve. In a short time, citizens and police officers get to know each other and discover mutual goals for the communities they live in and serve. Community residents can sit down with officers and ask questions or share what’s on their mind.
