Marine Foods Express hosted the Hennessy Cognac Tasting Charity Dinner, a fundraiser to support the Houston Food Bank and its mission to lead the fight against hunger. The sampling of cognacs provided by Hennessy’s Rhonda McDonald, was followed by a multi-course dinner by Ryan Lachaine. Amid the festivities held at the Riel Restaurant and hosted by Jason Poon and Mechelle Tran, Paula McKenzie accepted a check on behalf of the Houston Food Bank for 100 percent of the event’s proceeds. Attendees included Amber Elliott, Gerald Huang, Donna Tran, Natalie Tran and many more.
