May 22 runoff: Blacks on the ballot

Texans will go to the polls today to vote for Democratic and Republican candidates in the runoff that resulted from the March primary.

“The primary run-off election is very important because it decides who will be running on the November 6th ballot,” said Ann Harris Bennett, Harris County tax assessor-collector & voter registrar. “Make a decision today to let your voice be heard and get out to the polls and vote.”
