The HBO documentary “Katrina Babies” is garnering national attention, and the National Newspaper Publishers Association’s (NNPA) public affairs show “Let it Be Known” hosted by Stacy Brown recently interviewed Edward Buckles Jr., the young brother filmmaker who brought this story to life showing Katrina’s impact upon the children who lived through it.
