Nicki Minaj announced that she would pay the college fees of about 20 of her fans and followers, as long as they could prove they had the grades.
“Show me straight A’s that I can verify w/ur school and I’ll pay it,” Minaj tweeted.
Her Twitter followers quickly responded, sending in pictures of their grades as well as explanations of what they needed.

“Of course,” Minaj responded.
At least 21 other fans were promised to have their school expenses paid, including one fan from Colombia who was promised a professional camera to study audiovisual production.
Minaj promised to wire through the money on Sunday and said that she would help more students again in a month or two.
