Blogger Tamara Tattles says the paperwork has just been signed and cameras will follow Thomas as he runs his Charlotte Sports Bar in North Carolina:
I remember us discussing a casting call a while back asking for young beautiful people to submit a head shot for wait staff at Charlotte bars. At that time they were apparently doing their sizzle reel.
Today, Bravo officially picked up the show. I doubt it will be called “What’s Peter Doing Now?” as he suggested in a recent lawsuit. There isn’t even a working title yet because the show was just now picked up.
What I don’t doubt is that Noelle will have some role on the show. I believe she is eligible to wait tables at age 18. Cynthia and Peter have been discussing “a business together” for quite a while now. At the time I didn’t put the two together and wondered if Cynthia had lost her mind. But clearly, this was that business venture. Cynthia may even pop in for an appearance.
Filming is scheduled to begin in September and the show will air sometime in 2018, according to the blog.
In an update added later, the Tamara Tattles reported hearing that the young women on staff at Peter’s Charlotte spot have yet to be paid:
I was contacted today by someone in Charlotte who claims that Peter hired some beautiful girls nine months ago promising that they would be on a TV show. Someone close to one of the young women said that the girls have not been paid AT ALL. Also, there are problems currently with him paying his vendors, according to this local source. The young woman quit after several months of working there. She stayed because she really wanted to be on the show.
