Namitzi Yoga sponsored free Yoga in the Park at Hermann Park’s Jones Reflection Pool for those looking to recoup from a wild Friday night, or to merely enjoy the movements amid nature. All enjoyed the mind-body healing offered by the practice, led by instructor Mitzi Henderson. Yoga experts and novices alike were in attendance, including Rukia Akua, Jenn Myalil, Jasemine Cornelius, Simone Johnson, Asha Iyengar, Maya Brasher, Chau Nguyen, Keara Criss, Zachary Criss, Latoya Bagwell, Jessica Straughn and more.
