You probably won’t be at all surprised to learn that Donnetta Derr is getting set to do what anybody with half a brain would do. Sue the crap outta Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson.

If you somehow missed the news which we reported last week, Fiddy was on stage performing when Derr grabbed his arm and pulled him off stage. 50 literally struck back with a vicious haymaker.

In any event, though she may have been wrong to pull him off stage, Donnetta Derr has lined up legal counsel and they are set to go in on 50 via a lawsuit early next week.

Oh yeah, she’s also filing against The Lox, with whom Fiddy performed, and the venue, Baltimore Soundstage, reports TMZ.

Interestingly, after the punch, Derr went onstage and twerked. When folks saw that, they believed everything was everything. Umm, nope, that’s not the case as you’ve no doubt figured out by now.

Derr’s lawyer, Warren Brown says his new client went to the hospital the day after the incident and then hired him.

Brown calls 50 Cent’s conduct “cowardly.”

In other 50 Cent news, almost fifteen years after his explosive debut, UMe released Best Of 50 Cent. This is 50 Cent’s first “Best Of” compilation, which will be issued on CD and at all digital retail outlets. The double LP was released on April 7.
