The Missouri City-Sugar Land Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated recently celebrated it’s 40th anniversary with an elegant evening at the Houston Museum of Natural Science – Sugar Land location. The chapter celebration showcased “Four Decades of Work, Play, Life and Love” with an event that highlighted the chapter’s beginnings, paid tribute to it’s charter members, and encouraged current members to maintain the unique legacy of Missouri City-Sugar Land chapter.
The event was well-attended. There were a total of 86 guest nine of which were area chapter presidents. Among the dignitaries were National Corresponding Secretary Paula McCann Harris, our 20th Regional Director for the South Central Region, Consuella Guillory-Adams, and Regional Treasurer Gladys Henderson. Seven of the chapter’s charter members graced us with their presence.
