The METRO Green line will be closed completely. METRO’s Purple line will experience a partial closure between Theater District Station and Eado Station. Service interruptions begin at 10:00 p.m. and end at 4:00 a.m. the following day.

METRO will provide service via buses labeled “800 Shuttle” to bridge the closure and transport affected passengers. Signs at closed rail platforms will guide riders to nearby rail shuttle stops. Shuttle buses are scheduled every 12 minutes, but please allow for extra time to complete trips. METRO staff will also be on hand to assist riders during normal rail service hours. A bus bridge map can be found here.

The Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County (METRO) is the region’s largest public transit provider, offering safe, reliable and affordable transportation services about 370,000 times per day. Besides operating more than 1,200 buses on a New Bus Network, METRO Rail’s expanded system includes the Red Line (Main Street and Northline), Green Line (East End) and Purple Line (Southeast).
