Rap icon Bun B’s popular Trill Burgers chain is teaming up with Houston Astros star Alex Bregman for an exciting new limited-time menu offering. Debuting on Cinco de Mayo this Sunday, May 5th, the “Trill smash taco” (TST) puts a unique spin on Trill Burgers’ signature smash burger.
The inventive fusion item features Trill Burgers’ crispy beef smash burger patty topped with melty American cheese, all smashed between a white corn tortilla. But the tasty creation doesn’t stop there – it’s loaded with zesty toppings like citrus slaw, jalapeños, chipotle aioli and a special Trill taco seasoning. Adding a personal touch from Bregman himself is a topping of his own Wild Sol salsa.
The TST comes served in pairs, accompanied by a side of Trill Burgers’ crisp, golden french fries. It was masterfully created by the culinary team of chefs Fernando Valladares and Mike Pham, blending classic burger flavors with bold Mexican flair.
