Kisha Porch is the new regional director leading 185 Chase branches locally and more than 2300 employees in the Greater Houston area. She also leads the bank’s branches in San Antonio and the Texas Border, for a total of 244 branch locations.
Porch comes to Houston from Phoenix, where she led a team of more than 500 employees who supported customers in Chase’s Auto, Credit Card and Retail businesses. In addition, she led the Spanish-language and customer-experience service strategies across those businesses. She has 25 years of experience in banking.
Marcus Rolls is a new Regional Director for branch-based advisors at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. Based in Houston, he oversees 200 advisors in 206 branches across central Texas. Rolls joins the bank from Morgan Stanley and is an expert in leading highly effective wealth management teams, as well as recruiting and retaining exceptional talent.
A Houston native, Rolls is a graduate of the Kinkaid School and holds a degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University, where he was a walk-on wide receiver on the football team.
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has nearly 6,000 employees in Houston and is the largest bank in Texas. Chase has committed more than $1 million for immediate relief to Houstonians being hit the hardest by the economic fallout from the COVID-19 global pandemic. The local philanthropic investments – including $750,000 to provide low-income households with eviction and homeless prevention services – have been made to stabilize households and the nonprofit organizations that are on the front lines of responding to the crisis.
