Galena Park North Shore pulled off a last second 41-36 victory against Duncanville in the UIL Class 6A State Championship.

The entire game was back and forth, ending with a hail mary pass from sophomore star quarterback Dematrius Davis Jr. to senior wide out A.J. Carter. Senior defensive tackle standout Jordan Revels started the game off creating a turnover that led to a touchdown. Revels, in the second half, made another key play on offense scoring a touchdown on a play action pass to take an early lead in the second half. Despite giving up a lead multiple times in the game North Shore ended up having the final say, capturing the #1 spot in Texas football.

Here are a few post game interviews with sophomore wide receiver, Shadrack Banks, who scored two touchdowns in the half, and his real cousin, quarterback Dematrius Davis Jr. after his 5 touchdown state championship performance.
