Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Nigel Bradham, 27, has been formally charged with felony battery for allegedly punching a hotel worker in July.
The NFL star was arrested in Miami on July 25 after officials say he got violent with a Hilton Bentley worker who was setting up a beach umbrella for his crew.
Officials say Bradham punched the worker in the face because he was taking too long, according to TMZ. Someone in Bradhamโs group allegedly smashed the worker over the head with a glass bottle.
The Miami State Attorneyโs Office says Bradham has been formally charged with aggravated battery causing bodily harm, a second-degree felony.
Bradham has pled not guilty. If heโs convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison. The trial is set for January.
