Beauty Regimen: Every morning I use Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream Moisturizer; and every evening, Clinique Liquid Facial Soap and Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion.
Tips to looking great: I have to say partly thank God for my mother and her DNA…and just be sure to have a daily routine of cleansing at night and using a GOOD moisturizer.
Victoria Christopher Murray, 64
Beauty regimen: I drink LOTS of water and make sure I stay moisturized. I don’t wear a lot of makeup and prefer a natural look, but I make sure I clean my face every night.
Tips for looking great: Make time to exercise. Not a day goes by that I don’t exercise. It leads to beauty inside and out.
Tammy Reed-Taylor, 59
Beauty regimen: DAILY face cleanse (Aveeno positivity radiant face scrub) followed by a regime I’ve being doing for 30+ years; olive oil & honey mask for 10-15 minutes, rinse with cold water. ONCE WEEKLY ~ lemon, honey & pinch of sea salt mask for an hour, rinse with cold water.
Tips to looking great: Starts on the inside ~ Love God, Love yourself, stay positive and accept change. A brisk walk at least 30 minutes, 4-5 times a week, (home treadmill works for me) eat anything I want IN MODERATION, drink plenty water, every weekend I blast my oldies and dance for hours and I ‘try’ to get 6-8 hours of sleep nightly. ALL of the above keeps me looking and feeling great.
Sophia Baker, 48
Beauty regimen: Drink lots of water, cleanse, tone and moisturize my skin
Tips for looking great: Drink a lot of water, keep stress to a minimum, work out and mind my business.
