Black Restaurant Week organizers Warren Luckett and Falayn Ferrell hosted the 2nd Annual Nosh Culinary Showcase, featuring Houston-area Black caterers and chefs. Held at the Ensemble Theatre, the event offered multiple tasting stations, a wine bar, live music, cooking demonstrations and Verizon voting kiosks for participants to vote for their favorite chefs/booths. Attendees included Bobbie Jones, Charlotte Bryant, Nedra & Jon Jackson, Earnestine Terry, Sylvia Terry, Chefs Travis Dixon, Sherri Miles, Shanitra Woodard, Brittany Moore, Beatrice Akins, Buerkie Klokpah, Myra Pettis and Antonio Thomas, and several others
