The Delta Education and Charitable Foundation (DECF) hosted their annual, signature fundraising event, the Carnivale Mystique Mardi Gras Gala. The event, held at the Houston Marriot Westchase, raised funds for scholarships for graduating high school seniors and college students. Attendees were treated to live music, food and fellowship and silent auction.
