The Houston HBCU Alumni Association in Partnership Texas Black Expo hosted their Annual HBCU College Fair allowing students from surrounding ISDs the opportunity to connect with HBCU representatives from Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, West Virginia, Louisiana, Texas, Maryland and more. Additionally, students participated in college prep workshops, and some even walked away with scholarship money. Event coordinators Veronica Johnson and Stevenia Love attendees to the George R.
