At a time when the country is gripped by violence and hate, and communities are becoming more racially and economically divided, people are turning to the church to meet their spiritual, emotional and physical needs. These days, many churches plan an integral part of the community, ministering far beyond the four walls of the church, to the armed forces, the incarcerated, the addicted, the sick, and the youth.
To assist churches in their efforts to meet the needs of their communities and congregations, Ralph Douglas West Ministries is hosting its annual IC3 Church Growth & Development Conference (IC3) April 24-26. This yearโs theme is Change: From Surviving to Thriving: In Our Church Culture and In Our Communities!โ
Nearly 1000 pastors will gather to take part in 60 courses divided in various tracks such as:
