Harris County will resume collecting tolls at 4 a.m. Tuesday. Tolls will still be waived on the mainlanes of Beltway 8 between 290 and 59 due to ongoing repair work. HCTRA suspended tolling on all of its roadways on Aug. 27 as Harvey ravaged southeast Texas.
