The Toyota Green Initiative (TGI) teamed up with actor Laz Alonso and others to put in work at the Blodgett Urban Garden at TSU promoting the go-green lifestyle. TGI representatives from across the country convened in Third Ward using their environmental stewardship platform to enlighten HBCU students and alumni about the benefits of adopting a sustainable lifestyle. Majic 102 FM live-casted the event as attendees beautified the Garden, including entertainment executive Mali Hunter, actress Tsion Mitchell, Yoli Ouiya, Briana Hawkins, Kirk Jackson, Phyleshia Locke, Breanna Wiley, Taryn Clark, Dr. Sheri Smith, Tamiah Robertson and many others.
